Easy Admin

Easy Admin is our own PC based office administration tool that has been designed with you in mind. You can use it to record all your lead and contract details, scan your files on to it and even use it to plan your deliveries from us and your fitting schedules.

Lead information

• Your prospects details, what they are interested in, what you have quoted them and when.
• You can then use this information to print off reports to show what leads are outstanding and use it make follow up calls.
• Depending on how involved you want to get you can also store lead sources, who you gave the lead to plus much more.

Contract information

• Date contract was sold and contract details such as sales price, deposits etc.
• You can then plan survey and installation dates using the diary system and utilise a full range of computer generate reports from acknowledgement letters through to invoices.

Incorporated into the Easy Admin program is “Quick Quote”, which allows you to produce quotations, based on your exact cost prices from us PLUS you’re built in mark ups for installations and profit.
